Setup by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 27
Judging: Friday, July 27 after setup
Applications may be picked up at the fair office
Rules:
1. Open to anyone: groups, clubs, businesses, individuals
2. We must recieve an entry form by Friday, July 20 at 4:00 p.m. to let us know you will be bringing an entry
3. Entries are limited to the first 10 individuals/organizations who apply
4. Decorated hay bales must be set up by Friday, July 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
5. Judging is Friday, July 27, 2018 after setup
6. If you want your decorations and/or bales, they must be removed no later than Tuesday, August 7, 2018 
7. Bales must remain at tge fair through Sunday, August 5, 2018
8. We will set the bales; you must stabilize to avoid tipping or rolling. Anything deemed unsafe will be removed.
9. Displays may be no more than two bales high and no larger than 12 feet wide and 15 feet long
10. Entries will be placed throughout the fairgrounds at our discretion
11. No lights or illumination is allowed, unless solar lighting
12. You must furnish all bales and decorating materials and they must be no larger than 4 ft. x 5 ft. round
13. Judges decision is final

PRIZE MONEY: 1st place - $150.00;  2nd place - $100.00;  3rd place - $75.00;  4th place - $50.00
