ENTRIES CLOSE JULY 20 AT 4 P.M. MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY JULY 14.
PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING PROJECT:
Please pick up tags for projects at the office.  Upon receiving tags check to make sure there is a tag for each project. If a tag is missing report it to the office immediately. Take tags and entered items to the department during specified times.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAGS FOR CORRSPONDING PROJECTS AT TIME OF ENTRY.
ENTRIES: Sunday, July 29 from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.  Items will be displayed without plastic bags.  All hanging needlework must have wire hanging, or it will be displayed at our discretion.

JUDGING: Sunday, July 29 at 5:00 P.M. BUILDING WILL BE CLOSED DURING JUDGING.
JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL.
DISMISSAL TIME: Sunday, August 5 from 8 P.M.-9:45 P.M. Bldg. 22; Tuesday, August 7 from 10 A.M.-1 P.M. in the Fair Office
RULES:
1.  All items must meet measurement requirements.
2.  All articles in this department must be made BY THE EXHIBITOR NAMED, within the last year and not previously entered.
3.  Premiums are paid on articles named only.
4. JR. DIVISION is a child 12 and under.  PRE-REGISTRATION is necessary, but purchase of an exhibitor’s ticket is nor needed if an adult family member (child’s parent, grandparent or legal guardian only) has purchased a membership, season or mini ticket. An exhibitor's number will be distributed at pre-registration.  TEEN DIVISION is 13 through 18 years old and an exhibitor’s number and ticket is necessary.  The same is true for all adult exhibitors.
5. Any article entered in the JR. or Teen Division must be made by the child exhibiting. Must have child’s name on ticket.
6.  The Department WILL NOT be responsible for any article remaining after Tuesday, August 11 after 1 PM.  
7.  The claim stubs must  be presented to claim any article.
8.  No one who professionally gives any instruction in or receives income from the category may enter that division.
9. Any item entered in the wrong category will not be changed by the Committee, and will not be judged. PLEASE ENTER CAREFULLY.
10. All items must be clean, not dirty/stained.
11. NOTE: "OUTSTANDING HOMEMAKER AWARD" TO BE PRESENTED TO THE MAN OR WOMAN WHO WINS THE MOST BLUE RIBBONS IN THE HOME DEPT. ( DEPT.13-16) THIS YEAR.  THE SAME INDIVIDUAL WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THIS AWARD MORE THAN ONCE IN A THREE YEAR PERIOD. "OUTSTANDING JR. HOMEMAKER AWARD" (SAME CRITERIA AS ABOVE, OPEN TO JUNIORS & TEENS)
12. We will photograph entries.

NOTE: This section is open to any Medina County Resident currently living in a Nursing Home. Exhibitors for this section are exempt from purchasing membership, season or mini ticket.  Entries must be brought in on Sunday,  July 29 and picked up on Tuesday, August 7 from 10 A.M. - 1 P.M in Fair Office.

Section U-FAT QUARTER
NOTE: For this project, each participant will be given a fat quarter (a piece of fabric that is 18x22) when they register.
RULES:
1. Make whatever project you would like with it.
2. The piece of fabric has to be incorporated into it.
3. Maximum size is 12x12.
4. Must be registered by July 20th to participate in this class.
5. Can use other fabric with this as long as the "fat quarter" fabric is used.
6. Project must be brought to the fair Sunday, July 29th between 9AM-4PM, being sure to pick up your entry tag for the item in the Fair Office first.
7. This class is open to all, adults as well as teens/juniors.
