ENTRIES: Sunday, July 29, 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.
PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING PROJECTS: Please pick up tags for projects at the office.  Upon receiving tags, check to make sure there is a tag for each project.  If a tag is missing report it to the office immediately.  Take tags and entered items to the department during specified times. Attach tags to items.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAGS FOR CORRESPONDING PROJECTS AT TIME OF ENTRY.  ATTACH TAG TO ITEM.
JUDGING: Sunday, July 29, 6 P.M. - 9 P.M.
DISMISSAL: Sun. Aug. 5 at 8 P.M.-9:45 P.M. or Tues.  Aug. 7 from 10 AM-1PM at the Fair Office.
RULES AND CATEGORIES:
1.   Open to Professionals and Non-Professionals  and will be shown and judged separately.
2.   All work must be original and not previously shown at the
     Medina County Fair.
3.   Not more than one entry per person per category.
4.   All articles must be brought in at own risk and the craft department is not responsible for articles left after dismissal time.
5.   Participation ribbons for all entrants age 12 & under.  (You may enter in Adult categories)
6.    Hanging items must be ready to be hung, or will be displayed at our discretion.
7.   All work must meet required specifications or work will not be           judged.
8. JR. DIVISION implies to a child 12 and under.  PRE_REGISTRATION is necessary, but purchase of an exhibitor’s ticket is nor needed if an adult family member (child’s mother, father. grandparent, legal guardian only) has purchased a membership, season or mini ticket. An exhibitor's number will be distributed at pre-registration.  TEEN DIVISION implies 13 through 18 years old and an exhibitor’s number and ticket is necessary.  The same is true for all adult exhibitors.
PREMIUMS: 1st-$4; 2nd-$3; 3rd-$2.

B.  Only one entry can be made in each class.
C.  No display can use more than 12" space in any one direction    (PLAN CAREFULLY).
D.  Each collection piece must be marked to assure each exhibitor that his/her full collection is returned.
