PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING PROJECTS: Please pick up tags for projects at the office. Upon receiving tags check to make sure there is a tag for each project. If a tag is missing report it to the office immediately. Take tags and entered items to the department during specified times. DO NOT ATTACH TAGS TO ITEMS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAGS FOR CORRESPONDING PROJECTS AT TIME OF ENTRY.
JUDGING: Monday, July 30 at 9:00 A.M.
DISMISSAL: Sunday, August 5 at 8:00 P.M.
RULES:
1. Open to Professionals, Non-Professionals and Children (up to the age of 18) and will be shown and judged separately.
2. EXHIBITORS must purchase a Membership, Season, or Mini ticket.PRE-REGISTRATION is necessary for children under age twelve, but purchase of an Exhibitor's Ticket is not needed if child's parent, grandparent or legal guardian has purchased a Membership, Season, or Mini ticket. An exhibitor's number will be distributed at pre-registration.
3. Any Art item that received a place ribbon last year in any category may not be entered for one year.
4. Oil paintings must be framed and ready to hang.
5. Water colors, pastels, and charcoals must be under glass and ready to hang.
6. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE WIRED FOR HANGING AND HAVE HEAVY BACKING. THE HANGERS CANNOT BE TAPED ON, BUT MUST BE FASTENED SECURELY.
7. All work not properly hung or framed WILL NOT be judged.
8. One entry per person per listing.
9. All articles must be brought in at own risk and Department is not responsible for articles.
