ENTRIES CLOSE: JULY 20 AT 4 P.M. MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY JULY 13, 2012.
PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING PROJECTS: Please pick up tags and strings at the office before taking projects to building. Upon receiving tags check to make sure there is a tag for each department. If a tag is missing, report it to the office immediately. Take tags and entered items to the department during specified times. Have ALL items tagged and ready to enter when you arrive. DO NOT tear off bottom portion of tag.
ENTRY CHECK IN: Sunday, July 29, 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.BUILDING NO. 21. No entries accepted after 4:00 P.M.
JUDGING: Sunday, July 29 at 7:00 P.M. Building will be closed.
DISMISSAL TIME: Sunday, August 5 at 8:00 P.M.
RULES:
1. Antiques will only be accepted for entry as they are listed on the pre-registry form. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Maximum number of articles is thirty-five (35) per exhibitor with no more than twenty (20) articles in Glass and China categories. One item per category.
3. All articles must be at least fifty (50) years old.
4. All articles must be clean and in a good state of preservation.
5. The committee reserves the right to refuse any item entered incorrectly or in poor condition.
6. No antique dealer or their immediate family will be permitted to exhibit.
7. Any article that received a first place ribbon last year in any category may not be entered for ONE year.
8. NO PREMIUMS will be given if exhibit is considered unworthy by the judge.
9. Name of exhibitor will be kept confidential.
10. All articles will be exhibited with proper protection from handling and theft. After hours, security will be provided. The management will use all reasonable care to protect the safety of the articles on exhibit, but will not be responsible for any loss or breakage that may occur.
11. Decision of the judges will be final in all classes.
12. Exhibitors must purchase a Membership, Season, or Mini Ticket to obtain an exhibitor number.
PREMIUMS: 1st -$3; 2nd-$2; 3rd -$1; 4th -Honorable Mention Ribbon.
