Our storage program runs from the first weekend in November through mid April. Release time is assigned according to the date brought in and placement in the buildings. There is no advanced reservations or deposit. Spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is limited space available for taller units.
The cost for indoor storage from November through mid-April is $175 for the first twenty feet of any unit and $10 for each additional foot. Under cover storage (roof but open sided buildings) is available for 50% of the above quoted rate. We also accept lawn mowers or garden tractors less than 16 HP. The fee for this type storage is $50 per unit. Please be prepared to pay in full when bringing your unit in for storage. We do not accept charge cards for payment. It is mandatory that we receive a certificate of liability insurance for the unit being stored. This copy must be made available to attach to our copy of the signed agreement when bringing your storage unit in. Your insurance carrier should be able to supply you with this paperwork. Even if you have stored a vehicle in past years, we still must have this document attached to our paperwork for insurance and auditing purposes.
The board also has an EARLY BIRD PROGRAM for the months of September and October for winter storage units. This program will begin right after Labor Day. The additional cost will be 20% of the total rate for each extra month. The early bird program will be by appointment during the week.
The only Saturdays available for bringing units in are November 1 and November 8 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to Noon. Your removal date will be scheduled at the time of entry. Removal dates are April 4 and April 11. The first units brought in will be the last ones released. Please note that the first storage vehicles in will be the last ones scheduled for removal.
